Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of the existence of a verbal agreement between a debtor (details supplied) and the chief executive officer of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, which stipulated terms and conditions of loan repayments due to the corporation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by the Special Liquidators that they are not in a position to comment on individual borrowers. The requested information is confidential and it would not be appropriate for the Special Liquidators to release such information.
