Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of the existence of a verbal agreement between a debtor (details supplied) and the chief executive officer of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, which stipulated terms and conditions of loan repayments due to the corporation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
