Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 304 of 15 April 2015, when a forestry application will be processed in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Payment of the outstanding premiums will be made to the applicant this week. The second instalment of the establishment grant payment was paid on 6 May 2015. Due to mapping issues there is an underpayment on the contract which will be paid to the applicant in the week beginning 1 June 2015.
