Amharc ar fhreagraIn order to undertake an inter country adoption, applicants need to undergo a formal assessment process under the Adoption Act, 2010. In the first instance applicants should contact their local Child and Family Agency Adoption Service to apply for an assessment for eligibility and suitability to adopt.
Issues in relation to fostering an Indian national are a matter for the Indian authorities.
