Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Health if an inquiry has been, or will be, carried out into the case of a person (details supplied) who committed suicide after having presented to Wexford General Hospital in October 2014 with mental health issues while under the influence of substances, in order to ascertain whether best practice was adhered to at all times; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
