Amharc ar fhreagraOnly voters included in the register of electors as presidential electors may vote in referendums. A person is entitled to be registered as a presidential elector in a constituency if they have reached the age of 18 years and were a citizen of Ireland and ordinarily resident in that constituency on the qualifying date for the register.
