181. Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport his views on correspondence (details supplied) regarding Irish Airlines (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme pensions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21063/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraPension schemes are closely regulated under Irish and European law and the Pensions Authority is the national statutory regulatory authority in Ireland. Responsibility for the management of the IASS pension fund rests with the Trustees of the Scheme and I have no function in this regard.
