Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the payment available for a person (details supplied) who is in receipt of a carer's allowance for a daughter who is away for three months from 24 May 2015, as the person is not eligible for a jobseeker's allowance and the person is unable to work a 40-hour week due to severe fybromyalgia.
