Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health in view of the fact that under the Health Service Executive service plan 2015 money was allocated for four mental health high observation units, if he will provide the location of these units; the amount that has been spent on each unit; the status of said units; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
