Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 324 of 19 May 2015, the estimated number of patients who will benefit from the diabetes cycle of care, which is to cost an estimated €4.5 million in 2016; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
