677. Deputy Tony McLoughlin asked the Minister for Health the reasons for the long delays in receiving patients' biopsy reports from the dermatology unit in Galway University Hospital; if this delay is due to a shortage of pathologists; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21474/15]
