Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health if he will provide, in tabular form, the details of the number of consultants employed at Midland Regional Hospital in Portlaoise, County Laois in each of the years 2009 to 2014 and in 2015 to date, by speciality; if he will provide details of vacant consultant posts at the Midland Regional Hospital in Portlaoise; his plans to fill extra posts in 2015, 2016 and 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
