237. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the annual cost of introducing a living wage or minimal-threshold gross salary of €11.45 an hour in her Department and the bodies under her aegis. [23488/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised that, based on current staffing levels, the estimated additional annual cost of introducing a minimum rate of pay as described by the Deputy, for staff employed in my Department and those bodies under its aegis, would be in the order of €160,000.
