65. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the reason rent support has been suspended in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15; if it will be reinstated; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22902/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe rent supplement claim for the person concerned is not suspended and she is currently receiving rent supplement payments from this Department. An exception under Article 38 has also been extended to facilitate payment in excess of the cap for her particular family size. All payments including any arrears due to the person concerned have been issued and are up to date.
