261. Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Finance when he expects confirmation from EUROSTAT on the status of Irish Water on the Government balance sheets; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23652/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs has been previously stated, a CSO classification proposal on Irish Water is currently with Eurostat. This is a closed process and the CSO are awaiting the final adjudication of Eurostat. As it is a closed process, no further information has been supplied to my Department. The final decision will be reflected in the October 2015 EDP results and the Budget 2016 publication.
