371. Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if his Department has renegotiated external information technology consultancy contracts and costs since March 2011; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23562/15]

In the two cases, since 2011, where ICT consultancy services were provided, this was done by way of an open procurement process and my Department has not re-negotiated any contract with ICT external consultancy services in that time.
