900. Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport in view of the fact that there is a vacancy on the board of Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company if a worker director will now be appointed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23628/15]

The filling of the vacancies on the Board of Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company will be considered in the coming months in the context of the company's integration into the local authority.  As I have advised previously, the Company continues to operate with a legal quorum.
