159. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection when a decision on a review of a disability allowance will issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [24623/15]

Further medical evidence was received in this case and is currently being processed. The person concerned can expect a decision on the review of his disability allowance application shortly.
