278. Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Finance when a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath will receive tax relief in respect of medical expenses, details of which were submitted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25156/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the person concerned made a medical expenses relief claim on 12 June 2015. Revenue has already been in contact with the person concerned regarding additional information required by them in the context of that application. When that information is received, Revenue will be in a position to consider the matter further.
