Deputy Derek Nolan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the local authority guidelines that are in place in relation to the provision and maintenance of public footpaths; if he will confirm that footpaths are regulated within certain width, depth and height parameters; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
