Deputy Brian Stanley asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will outline to Irish Water, the concerns of the residents of Balbriggan in County Dublin, in regard to the quality of the potable water in the town; the plans Irish Water has to reduce the level of limescale in the water.
