353. Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Justice and Equality when she expects the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Bill 2013 to be enacted; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25757/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Deputy will understand that it is not possible for me to predict the outcome of the legislative process with regard to this, or any other Bill. However, I can say that the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Bill 2013 passed Dáil Committee Stage on 17 June 2015. Preparations are currently being made to bring the Bill to the Dáil for Report Stage, with a view to enactment later this year.
