Amharc ar fhreagraI can confirm that my Department has not received a Freedom of Information request in relation to this matter. For the purposes of Freedom of Information requests, Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, which comes under the remit of my Department, is an independent statutory body and is subject to the provisions of the relevant legislation. I have forwarded the details as supplied to Tusla for their attention and direct response.
