Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Education and Skills when the expert group on fixed-term and part-time employment in lecturing, as per the terms of the Haddington Road agreement, will be appointed and allocated its terms of reference; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Expert Group, which is chaired by a Senior Counsel, has been established. The Group comprises representatives from the Department, employer management bodies and trade unions. The Group has received submissions and is consulting with stakeholders. The Chairman will present his report to my Department when the Group's work is fully completed.
