Deputy Ciara Conway asked the Minister for Health ​the current location of the ​obstetric​ records, including the birth registers and the ​maternity ​theatre registers, and detailing the types of records held, both on-site and off-site for​ each year from 19​60 onwards relating to maternity services provided at ​​ St. Luke's Hospital, County Kilkenny,​ under arrangements pursuant to maternity services legi​slation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
