Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if there have been any recent cases of employment or equality litigation involving employees at a centre (details supplied) in Dublin 7; her views on the employment environment in the centre; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe issues raised by the Deputy are matters for the Board and management of the institution in question, having appropriate regard to public service norms and the relevant employment legislation. I have asked my officials to bring the Deputy’s enquiries to the attention of the Director of the institution in question and to ask that he provide the information requested to the Deputy.
