Amharc ar fhreagraThe Dublin City Centre Transport Study was undertaken jointly by Dublin City Council and the National Transport Authority (NTA). The regulation of the small public service vehicle (SPSV) industry is a matter for the NTA under the provisions of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013. I have therefore referred the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. I ask him to advise my private office if he does not receive a response within 10 working days.
