Deputy John McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the issues raised by the Social Welfare Branch Managers' Association and her response to same; if the Revenue Commissioners have given their opinion; if her Department has met with the representatives of the BMA; and if she will make a statement on the matter. It is assumed that the Deputy is referring to certain PRSI issues which have been raised by the Social Welfare Branch Managers Association. The Department has met with representatives of the Association on this matter and is currently in ongoing contact in relation to the issues involved.
