495. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding a penalty in relation to the Rural Environment Protection Scheme for a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30730/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named has submitted a request for a review of the penalty imposed on his Rural Environmental Protection Scheme payment to the Local Office of the Department. The Department will carry out a full review of the penalty imposed and will be in contact with the person named regarding the outcome in the near future.
