Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health if he will provide the necessary funding of €13 million for the development of a new 50-bed single-occupancy facility with en-suite facilities at the Sacred Heart Hospital, County Roscommon; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraAs with all capital projects, the further development of the national CNU programme must be considered within the context of the overall capital envelope available to the health service. With regard to the Sacred Heart CNU Roscommon talks relating to registration of this and other Community Nursing Units are ongoing between the Health Service Executive and the regulator, the Health Information and Quality Authority.
