183. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if and when a jobseeker's allowance will be restored to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [33050/15]

The person concerned has been in receipt of a jobseekers transition payment from 02/07/2015. According to the records of this Department this payment has continued uninterrupted since this date.
