228. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Skills the status of an application for an extension for a school (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if the project will be expedited as the school caters for 74 children with a range of special needs and autism. [33791/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraI can confirm that the school referred to by the Deputy recently made an application to my Department for capital funding for the provision of additional accommodation. The application is currently being considered and a decision will be conveyed to the school as soon as the assessment process has been concluded.
