341. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if the remaining part of a grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34027/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe applicant in this case carried out work under the Farm Improvement Scheme. Grant aid amounting to €18,886 has already been paid . However, it has emerged that the applicant employed the services of a company that did not have tax clearance. The applicant has been advised of the circumstances of the case and the Department’s requirements to enable the remaining grant to be paid.
