Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the number of home help hours the Health Service Executive has provided to private home care providers to make up its shortfall in each year since 2011; if the executive charges the private companies for these hours; if so, the amount paid to the executive in each year since 2011; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
