Ceist:

151. Deputy Marcella Corcoran Kennedy asked the Minister for Health if the national advocacy unit is still operational; if so, if there is a set timeframe for reply to a complainant; to conduct an investigation into the complaint; and to have a final decision made by the complaints officer. As this is a service matter the question has been referred to the Health Service Executive for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
