Amharc ar fhreagraA number of client categories are specifically excluded in legislation from receiving assistance under the Supplementary Welfare Allowance scheme. These include people in full-time employment and people in full-time education. A trainee Garda is therefore not eligible to apply for assistance under this scheme.
