Amharc ar fhreagraIn order to comply with EU requirements, the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme application of the person named was one of a number selected for a Bovine Identification & Registration (IDR) inspection. This inspection identified discrepancies with the tagging and registration of animals resulting in a 9% cross compliance penalty being applied to the 2015 direct payments of the person named. Payments due issued on the basis set out above issued to the nominated bank account of the person in respect of the Areas of Natural Constraint and Basic Payment Schemes on 22 September 2015 and 19 October 2015 respectively.
The person named was notified of the inspection findings on 17 July 2015. The person named has appealed this decision and this request is currently being examined. The person named will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible. In the event that the person named is dissatisfied with the outcome of this review, the decision can be appealed to the independent Agriculture Appeals Office, within 3 months.
