633. Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of civil servants under his remit that have been reinstated in recent years after taking a career break; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [38721/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe current Career Break Scheme is governed by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform's Circular 4/2013. The relevant employment legislation is the Civil Service Regulation Acts 1956 - 2006. Since its establishment in June 2011, four members of staff have returned to my Department following career break.
