Deputy Joe Carey asked the Minister for Health if there is a calculation of the need for day care facilities in County Clare; the availability of places to 2015; the future need to 2030; if the Health Service Executive plans to extend such facilities to meet potential need; the average public funding cost in County Clare, per person, per day; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
