602. Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he is satisfied that the planned fare increases for public transport services will not act as a disincentive to public transport use; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39623/15]

Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport for details of discussions he has had with the National Transport Authority regarding the fares determination reports for 2016, particularly in relation to the fare increases in a number of areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
