Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection why it is asserted that a person (details supplied) in County Kildare owes €312 to her Department, given that the person continues to provide payslips, etc. to her Department in respect of payment under the jobseeker's allowance scheme; the correct level of jobseeker's allowance in this instance; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
