267. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Donegal will be issued with headage payments for 2015; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [40165/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the Basic Payment/Areas of Natural Constraint Schemes was received from the person named on 14 April 2015. The person named has claimed on a commonage which has been over-claimed in 2015. Applicants on the commonage have produced various forms of commonage evidence to substantiate their applications. The Department is currently examining all applications and the associated commonage evidence regarding this commonage with a view to payments issuing to the nominated bank accounts of the appropriate herd owners as soon as possible.
