577. Deputy Michael Conaghan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government his views on the proposals for the refurbishment of the housing complex for elderly persons at Jamestown Court in Inchicore, Dublin 8, for which planning permission was granted by Dublin City Council in June 2015; and when the necessary sanction will be given to enable the refurbishment work to proceed. Dublin City Council has submitted a proposal for funding from my Department towards the refurbishment of a block of units at Jamestown Court, Inchicore. The proposal is currently under consideration by my Department and a response will issue to the Council in due course.
