220. Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine why a person (details supplied) has not received payment following the decision of the appeals office dated 26 August 2015; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41437/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe decision of the Appeals Office dated 26 August 2015 was in relation to the named person’s Pillar 1 payments only and the appeal decision was not applicable to his REPS application. Representatives of the person named have been in direct contact with officials from my Department in relation to this matter and they have been informed that the matter of entitlement to REPS4 payment in this case is currently under review and that my Department hopes to conclude that review at the earliest possible opportunity.
