Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of participants who are active farmers and who submitted an application under the 2015 basic payment scheme, but whose payments under the rural environment protection scheme remain outstanding, where his Department has stated that no issues of non-compliance were found at inspection, but where an issue arose with the single payment scheme reference areas, which issue has since been resolved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
