Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Health the steps he is taking to protect patients and those seeking support from the mental health services, and the impact this is having on the east Galway catchment area, following the comments (details supplied) by the High Court judge, Mr. Justice Tony O'Connor, who described these services in County Roscommon as being in a crisis situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
