Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when the remaining 30% balance will be paid under the 2015 basic payment scheme and the greening payment scheme to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2015 Basic Payment and Greening Schemes was received from the person named on 28 May 2015. This application has been processed and both the advance (70%) and balancing (27%) payments have issued to the nominated bank account of the person named. A final balancing payment representing 3% of the overall payment is due to issue in 2016 following the finalisation of the allocation of entitlements under the Basic Payment Scheme.
