The person named submitted an Areas of Natural Constraint application to my Department on 26 May, 2015. This application has been fully processed and payments issued on 21 October 2015 to the nominated bank account of the person named. My Department also received a Transfer of Entitlement Allocation Right application from the person named. At the time the application was received, the application form was incomplete and it was necessary for the form to be returned to the person named for completion. An official from my Department has been in contact with the person named in recent days in relation to this application as the completed form was never returned to my Department. This form has now been returned and the application has been processed. Payment under the Basic Payment Scheme will issue in the coming days.
