Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Health why a decision has been taken to refuse access to respite care for users of a service from other regions who have in the past used the service; his views on the case of a person (details supplied) from County Cork who previously accessed the Cheshire home service in Newbridge in County Kildare but who has now been refused access.
