421. Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 274 of 24 November 2015, why a basic payment has not issued to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1484/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department received two Private Contract Clause applications in respect of the above named person in relation to the lease of land and entitlements. These applications were processed but changes to land impacting the 2015 transfer prevented payment. These changes have now been regularised and payment under the Basic Payment Scheme is due to issue shortly.
