50. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the status of an application by a person (details supplied) in County Kerry under the disability allowance scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [46487/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraI confirm that an application from the person concerned for disability allowance (DA) was received by the Department on 21 October 2015. On 1 December 2015, we requested the person in question to supply additional information in relation to his means which was omitted from the information supplied with the application. A decision will be made on his application for DA upon the receipt of the requested information.
